Defective merchandise that is within the warranty of one year may be returned for credit or replacement.

All merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items returned greater than 30 days from the date of purchase will be issued  credit or replacements.

All products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights which cannot be excluded or restricted at law.

IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE REMOTE WE SUPPLIED. IT IS QUITE POSSIBLE THERE IS MORE THAN ONE MODEL

 WHICH WILL OPERATE YOUR SYSTEM OR THE WRONG REMOTE WAS ORDERED OR SENT.
